The month of May had a fantastic start with a standalone article about Amagi in a leading financial publication – Mint. The article was a result of two telephonic interviews with our Co-Founder Baskar, by Shuchi Bansal (National Advertising & Marketing Editor at Mint). This article was an achievement by preceding standards, as the team had been pursuing an interaction with Shuchi for a long time, and the interview piece now happens to be one of my favorites.
The article has been positioned appropriately, echoing the core messages which were discussed in the interview.The headline Geo Targeting: The Way Forward For TV Advertisers perfectly sums up the piece and sets Amagi aside as a viable thought leader in the Targeted TV segment.
The second media coverage this month is an industry piece about our newly launched product THUNDERSTORM that appeared in the prominent Disruption: Startups & Tech page of The Economic Times. The coverage is a direct result of our Co-Founder Srini’s face-to-face interview with Special Correspondent Sashwati Shankar at ET. The article talks about how ad tech companies are looking for ways to circumvent ad-blockers with an ad-insertion platform that stitches ads on the server side, making them a part of the content stream.
Apart from these two interviews, we also issued a press release to National Media, about Mr K A Srinivasan being the Keynote Speaker at Broadcast Asia 2016 and received coverage in online portals within multiple major trade magazines. Their coverage speaks about Srinivasan’s session details, and how important this conference is for Amagi at a global level.
